At Pure Pret, we prioritize providing our customers with top-quality Pakistani lawn and pret wear. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a hassle-free 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges:

1. Time Limit: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Mandatory Video Proof: Customers MUST record an unboxing video while opening the parcel for the first time. The video must clearly show the courier flyer, shipping label, and the condition of the unboxed suit. Without a full unboxing video, returns or exchanges will NOT be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unstained, and in original packaging with all brand tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Items without an unboxing video.

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

- Sale or clearance items.

How to Initiate a Return:
